taxes
while arranging all the documents for my family's affidavit of support papers for their US visa, i encountered some problems regarding tax forms. i had a w-2 for the last year but because i just worked for a few months i needed to add my mom as a sponsor. she too had to get all her tax information and we didn't know what tax form would be the best. at first we used her business tax forms, which was really complicated because she had tons of different forms. the only form i didn't see was a 1031 Exchange form which some business use.we also had to give her individual income tax return which turned out was the right one. after a month of waiting we got a document stating that all we need is to pay for the aos and they will send out the interview date after receiving our payment online.
